Investigating
Dear Customer,
We are currently experiencing an issue with Trading History, IDMatrix and associated 3rd party data feeds that is impacting the delivery of certain identification services.
Trading History and IDMatrix via API Connect are unavailable, Trading History via IQConnect is degraded while IDMatrix via IConnect is unimpacted.
We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
