What you need to do:
In most cases customers will not need to do anything, but they should ensure that their clients and applications have their certificate stores up to date and include Sectigo root certificates. If they do not have these please instruct them to go to the Sectigo certificate download links below to download and install the root/intermediate certificates.

It is essential for customers to confirm the certificate update/renewal process within their organisation’s environment for any integration to Equifax products and services. Please have customers consult with the appropriate IT support group within their organisation.
